Installing quartz epoxy flooring requires comprehensive surface preparation, appropriate material selection, and careful application to ensure dependable results. The process starts with inspecting the existing concrete, testing for moisture when necessary, mechanically preparing the substrate, and repairing cracks or damaged sections before coating begins. After preparation, the epoxy system is applied, followed by broadcasting quartz aggregates into the resin to establish the desired texture and appearance. Additional epoxy layers and compatible protective topcoats may be applied depending on the intended use and performance requirements. With 20 years of hands-on installation experience and seven years in estimating and project management, Groundform Surface Services LLC understands how proper preparation and system selection affect flooring performance. Serving Macungie, Trexlertown, West Chester, Ambler, Villanova, and surrounding Pennsylvania communities, we focus on precision, quality materials, and dependable workmanship backed by a 10-year warranty.
